Air-source or ground-source heat pump system. Provides both heating and cooling. Includes unit, refrigerant lines, thermostat, and electrical. Ground-source at higher end of range.
Boiler Installation
$5,000 – $12,000
Gas or oil boiler installation for hydronic heating systems. Includes unit, venting, piping connections, expansion tank, and controls.
Repair & Maintenance
AC Repair
$175 – $1,200
Diagnostic and repair for all AC makes and models. Includes refrigerant recharge, compressor repair, fan motor replacement, and electrical troubleshooting.
Furnace Repair
$150 – $900
Furnace diagnostic and repair including ignitor replacement, blower motor repair, heat exchanger inspection, and gas valve service.
HVAC Maintenance Plan
$149 – $349/year
Annual or bi-annual tune-up covering AC and heating. Includes filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant check, electrical inspection, and safety testing.
